Add YouTube cookies

YouTube is asking this server to prove it isn't a bot. Giving it your browser's YouTube cookies fixes that.

1. Open a private window and sign in to YouTube (a spare account is safest).
2. Export cookies for youtube.com as cookies.txt with an extension such as "Get cookies.txt LOCALLY".
3. Close the private window so YouTube doesn't rotate the cookies, then upload the file here.
